Think about what you think about most often. Is it meaningful and making you feel better, happier and healthier?

There are so many ways to think and use the power of thought to our benefit. Thought builds imagination and possibility. Thought is the author of the heart’s desire and story. Thought leads to action.  Thought stitches moments and experiences together. Thought gives perspective and limits perspectives.

How we think is who we are. Use this power wisely and consciously. Spend some time on your thoughts, but more importantly, spend some time with your thoughts. The mind is the assistant that helps to navigate where the heart leads.

Think kindly, happily and powerfully. Think with a purpose.
